Do you need to get your energy going early in the day before work or other
obligations take control? Come join our existing Vinyasa flow class on Tues/Thurs
mornings at 6am. Class is designed to be a level 1-2 flow class, and modifications can
be made for any level.
Begin the day centered as you watch the sunrise over the Pacific from our studio
