Our Certified Yoga Instructors

Lora was first introduced to yoga in 2002 but did not start regularly practicing
until she was injured playing sports.   For Lora yoga became a form of healing,
fitness and relaxation while she went to school full time and healed from her
injuries.  Lora awakened her interest to further her yoga practice and introduce
yoga to others.
The connection of mind, body and spirit are essential to yoga and Lora's joy is to
introduce new students to the benefits of yoga as well as working with
experienced yoga students.
My experience working with Lora as my Private Yoga instructor is wonderful.  
She really connects with her yoga clients (students). She has a wonderful
positive energy about her.  She is a kind person.  I am proud to have her
represent the Yoga Studio and yoga classes at Tracy's Personal Training, Boot
Camps & Yoga Studios here in Huntington Beach California.
